My name is Gerardo Tellez, and my journey into the world of dog training began in 2019 when I welcomed my first German Shepherd, Kipper, into my life. From the beginning, I had high expectations—I wanted him to have reliable recall, exceptional manners, and the confidence to accompany me anywhere. That commitment to raising a well-trained dog sparked a passion that quickly grew into much more than a personal goal.

I dove headfirst into learning, dedicating countless hours to binge watching YouTube videos, buying online courses, and buying books on dog training and behavior. As my interest deepened, I became certain that dog training was more than a hobby—it was the career path I wanted to pursue. To gain real-world experience, I committed to a year-long apprenticeship, which gave me hands-on knowledge and shaped the foundation of the training philosophy I use today.

Since then, I have been fully immersed in the world of dog training. Nothing motivates me more than helping owners overcome challenges with their dogs and seeing the bond between them grow stronger. Alongside working with clients, I actively train, compete, and perform helper work in Schutzhund (IGP), a rigorous sport that tests a dog’s abilities in tracking, obedience, and protection. These experiences not only sharpen my skills but also expose me to a wide variety of training scenarios, allowing me to work with dogs of different temperaments.

My mission is to provide clear, results-driven training tailored to the unique needs of each dog and owner. Whether you’re looking to solve everyday behavioral challenges or develop advanced working skills, I’m committed to helping you achieve lasting success with your dog.
